Noita Wand Debugger

Lay out a wand's deck and stats, then Evaluate to single-step the cast. It runs the game's real gun.lua / gun_actions.lua in a native Rust evaluator (a local service) — not a reimplementation — and shows the resulting cast tree: every card in draw order, exactly which modifier each card applies, the projectiles fired, and trigger payloads nested as child shots.
